My Executor Box (MEB) is a SaaS product that offers customers a place to record their assets.

The purpose is that when someone dies, their executor has to pull together their estate so their will can be probated. This is often a long process and sometimes assets can be lost.

MEB looks to solve this by providing a centralised location for a customer to record their assets, and then invite their executors so that up.

Services Provided

Our team was responsible for the design and meticulous construction of the project, a web app tailored to meet specific requirements. The project spanned a period of six sprints, during which we applied agile development methodologies and engaged in iterative development to ensure the successful realisation of the project’s objectives.

The Objective

Alan was actively seeking a collaborative partner who could serve as a valuable sounding board for brainstorming ideas, offer substantial support in the developmental phase, and provide a strong foundation for mutual growth and success.

The Challenge

Security was an important factor in the project, and we provided 2FA for users during sign up. We also wanted to provide two options for executors being added – being able to see the assets immediately, or only upon notification of death. This ensures that customers can be in control over who can see their personal details.

My Executor Box is currently in the midst of a soft launch phase, during which the team is actively collecting valuable feedback from multiple solicitors firms as well as their respective clients.

We are continuing to work with MEB, ensuring that we consistently refine and enhance the product in accordance with the insightful feedback received.
